Regulatory Update 2019

The regulatory agenda is always uppermost in the minds of independent non-executive directors in insurance, particularly those holding positions as board or Committee Chairs. For that reason our Annual Regulatory Update Forum is one of our most popular events and this year we are privileged to have as speakers two of the most senior officers in the PRA and FCA respectively. Both regulators have recently published their 2019-20 plans and we have asked then to cover the key points and regulatory priorities in addition to touching on any other hot topics such as areas of concern, recently published reports, open or upcoming consultations, Brexit planning etc. In short, anything that the PRA and FCA would want independent directors in the insurance industry to be aware of or to have in their focus as they carry out their duties over the next 12 to 18 months.
