Always one of our most popular events, this annual “State of the Market” Forum brings together three of its key “movers and shakers” representing the Lloyd’s and Company markets and the London broking community. As it can be a challenge for NEDs who are not working day to day in an executive role to stay abreast of market developments, the assessment of these three leaders as to where we are as we approach the January renewal season in the challenging environment due to Covid-19, the prospect of a no-deal Brexit etc. is sure to be of considerable interest.

We have asked our speakers Vicky Carter,  Chairman of Global Capital Solutions, International for Guy Carpenter and Dave Matcham, CEO of the International Underwriting Association to interpret the brief widely to embrace any and all London market and industry wide developments they consider of relevance from the continuing drive to improve underwriting profitability and reduce costs, to the increasing use of new technologies,  outlook for trading conditions, regulatory priorities etc.
