“The State of the Market”

Webinar on Monday 8th November 16:00 until 17:30

Introduction

The annual “State of the Market” Forum brings together three of the Markets key “movers and shakers” representing the Lloyd’s, Company market and the broking sectors and is always one of our most popular iNED  events.     As it can be a challenge for NEDs who are not working day to day in an executive role to stay abreast of market developments, the assessment of these three industry leaders as to where we are as we approach the January renewal season is sure to be of considerable interest in the aftermath of probably the most challenging two years we have ever faced as a community.

As always, we have asked our speakers to interpret the brief widely to embrace any and all developments they believe will impact and shape the London market  in the years ahead.   These could be at the macro level as economies begin to recover from the pandemic, international and UK  changes post Brexit, industry initiatives to improve underwriting results and lower operating costs,  to the increasing use of new technologies, the outlook for trading conditions over the forthcoming renewal season, regulatory priorities etc.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Learning Objectives
